How can I apply?
Simply return the enclosed application by fax (617-783-5152) or mail along with proof of employment. If you need another application, call toll-free at 866-624-6677. Once your application has been approved, you’ll be sent information on how to view our online catalog, which is updated three times a year with new product offerings.
What kind of proof of employment do I need?
Enclose your business card, a copy of a paycheck stub from your club, school or facility, or a letter from your manager on your employer’s letterhead.
Is there any fee or obligation to buy?
There’s no membership fee, no obligation to buy, and no minimum purchase required.
Can I receive the Pro F.I.T. discount at my local retailer?
Your discount is available only through the Pro F.I.T. program.
Who can I order for?
Just yourself.Your orders must match the sizes you provide with your application. New Balance reserves the right to decline any order we feel is not being placed
for you.
Anything else I should know?
Only Visa and MasterCard orders are accepted. Products can not be shipped to a P.O. box. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Returns are accepted, and should be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
